Ferries to Bowen Island generally run every hour from Horseshoe Bay Terminal to Snug Cove, Bowen Island. Please note that sailings on summer Saturdays are very busy and overload (there is no option to reserve your sailing). Bringing your car? Ensure you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your desired sailing. Tunstall Bay is a 15 minute drive from Snug Cove. Roadside parking is limited at the event, so please carpool if you can!

Choosing to leave your car in the Horseshoe Bay pay parking to walk on the ferry? Please arrive in plenty of time to secure parking in the pay parking. Horseshoe Bay is extremely busy on a summer Saturday and parking will fill early! Please also note that walk on passenger ticket sales close 10 minutes prior to sailing.

Want to bus to Horseshoe Bay and walk on the ferry? We highly recommend this! No worries then about parking in Horseshoe bay! The Horseshoe Bay Express bus #257 runs regularly with pick ups in Downtown Vancouver and at Park Royal, West Vancouver.

Please note that the earliest bus leaving Snug Cove for Tunstall Bay (#250) is not until 9:50am so bussing is not an option! Please carpool!
