This year’s event has a capacity of 75 swimmers only so be sure to register early! During registration, you can choose between a 1500 metre or a 750 metre distance. As part of your registration, you can also choose to purchase a SwimBuddy and or Limited Edition SwimBowen Beach towel!

Refund Policy SwimBowen is unable to accommodate any late check-ins on event day. SwimBowen event fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. SwimBowen reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events if water conditions are unsafe. SwimBowen reserves the right to refuse entry based on safety or health concerns.

Steps for TEAM registration:

• Choose a Team Captain. This person must register first.

• The Team Captain should choose CREATE A TEAM and then follow the steps for naming the team.

• The Team Captain will receive a CODE to share with the other team members.

• Team members use the code when prompted with JOIN CODE. Then you can add your name to the team.

A waiver must be completed in order to participate in the event and will be provided as part of the online registration process. Please ensure you download, print and complete the waiver and bring the completed form to the event.
